Updated 5/7/2026Thank you for considering Haus of Biitoru for your fursuit needs!If you are interested in a commission please purchase a quote from my kofi!I am a full time registered nurse but I will always make time to respond to any concerns in a timely manner. My business hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9am-9pm. If you have any questions please email me at [email protected] and I will respond to you within 1-2 of my business days.Before you commissionI will not be taking commissions from anyone under 18 years old. I will be asking for a form of photo ID in order to confirm your date of birth. Please feel free to redact other information to your comfort level such as your legal name, DL#, etc.I also have a dog so please keep that in mind if you have any allergies. Otherwise I operate out of a non-smoking home.You must have artistic ownership over the character you request. I will not make fursuits of any copyrighted characters. I will not accept AI generated reference images.This goes without saying but I do not tolerate any acts of racism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, zoophilia, etc. If any of my clients engage in these acts I reserve the right to remove them from any association with Haus of Biitoru and void any existing warranties on their fursuits.QuoteBefore commissioning you must obtain a quote. Quotes are open to anyone at any interest level, whether you are window shopping or want to immediately start the commission process! The Haus of Biitoru quote request form can be found on my ko-fi page for $8. You will get this amount refunded back to you if you decide to proceed with the commission process.After submitting the quote request form I will respond with a completed quote via email within 1-2 weeks. The quote you’ll receive is valid for one year and is required to proceed with the commission process. If a year and one day has passed since you’ve last submitted a quote and you want to commission me you will need to submit another quote request form.Please note that the quoted price will not include shipping costs (refer to the section on shipping below).CommunicationMy preferred method of communication is email at [email protected]. I will not accept video or audio messages; all communication must be in writing. Please do not DM me on any of my socials for matters regarding your commission. My business hours are Tuesday-Thursday 9am-9pm. If you have any questions please email me and I will get back to you within 1-2 of my business days.By commissioning Haus of Biitoru you agree to have pictures/videos of your completed fursuit and any WIPs posted on social media accounts for marketing purposes.PaymentI only accept PayPal or Stripe for payment.Once I’ve sent you email confirmation that I’ve accepted your commission request you have 7 calendar days to submit a nonrefundable deposit amounting to 30% of the quoted commission price. If you fail to submit this deposit you will lose your spot in the queue. If you were to cancel the commission you will not be refunded this amount (refer to the section on refunds and cancellations below).Payment plansHaus of Biitoru offers 3-6 month payment plans for any commission over $1000. This will be negotiated over email. Once a payment plan has been agreed upon the buyer will have until the last day of the month to send the agreed monthly payment. The commission will not begin until 70% of the total payment has been fulfilled. The final commission will not be released to the buyer until the remaining 30% of the commission has been fulfilled.Refunds and cancellationsIf you were to cancel your commission at any point in the commission process you will not be refunded your 30% deposit. Any other costs to be refunded will vary depending on progress done on the item and may be negotiated with the buyer.If I have to cancel your commission at any point in the commission process, you will receive a full refund, including your 30% deposit.Haus of Biitoru maintains the right to modify, resell, or destroy any cancelled item. Once a commission is completed it cannot be canceled.ShippingThe cost of shipping will not be included in the quoted price. Please plan to set aside at least $100 for shipping. I will provide for you a tracking number for the shipped product. Once a product is submitted to the third party courier any damages or delays will be the responsibility of the courier.WarrantyThe buyer has a 30 day warranty starting the date they receive their finished commission. This warranty covers small repairs such as popped seams and sizing adjustments. The buyer will pay for shipping to the seller and the seller will pay for shipping to the buyer.
